Formed in 1900 and re-formed in 1902. Taken over by Albrecht & Meister in 1909. Their remaining stock in the UK (they had an office in London) was distributed by Misch & Company. Mainly photographic but evidently included some illustrated cards. The example is a half-tone print with litho colour.
