Most B&R cards are illustrations with the logo on the address side. Later cards (1930s-) include the BEGRO series which still used the B&R logo but in a small circle rather than a wavy square or shield. "Begro" was also used as a logo on the picture side of some real photo cards, which have the BR logo on the address side.

This firm is well covered on the web, it became Europe's largest greeting card manfucturer, it was confiscated in 1938 and the owner ended up in the USA after having spent time in Dachau before the war.
