J Klepetar 5 r.de Beaujolais Paris

The logo is derived from the initials of J Klepetar, as in the 1907 and 1914 directories. In the interim he acquired the FK logo, as successor to F Kruger (qv). During WW1 the JK marque must have been taken over by A H Katz (qv) as patriotic cards with the JK/arrow logo were issued with the logo or name A H Katz in the stamp box. By 1922 the JK marque was owned by Papeteries de Levallois-Clichy et Atelier d'Art réunis
