The two arrows in the logo are the key, as Levy often used a similar circular logo with two Ls inside (qv).

Card 352 was distributed in France by A Riant, Paris. Riant marked cards posted in France of several German publishers, including Rotophot (RPH), R&KL, and OPG. See under the RIANT logo.
