The tails of the P and G in the logo can be very short, as on the first example card here. As a matter of fact, this card looks as though there was something white under the ÖPG logo.
As there are several French cards on this site showing jupe-cuttottes I can't resist adding a couple here as well. Interest in the fashion evidently spread internationally.
