The S.I.P. was constituted as shown in the 1907 directory. However it was founded in 1899,
publishing stereographs of the Exposition Universelle Paris 1900 and cards in the undivided era.
The logo changed from the straight letters to the roundel between cards 1347 and 1372, before early 1906.
By 1914 the marque had been taken over by J Courcier (see here under
the marque JC).
Much of the Société's postcard production during the first years of the 20th century reproduced the photos of the Reutlinger studio in Paris.
